Promising Beginnings in Arcachon
Ambre joined Hôtel de la Plage (now Arcanse) in 2020 as part of a 14-month reception internship. During this time, she gained a variety of experiences: welcoming guests, serving breakfast, inspecting rooms… Despite the closures caused by Covid-19, she remained determined and successfully completed her diploma. In May 2021, she joined the team on a permanent contract as a versatile receptionist.
From Reception to Seminar Coordination
Ambre quickly developed an interest in the seminars organized at Hôtel Arcanse. In June 2022, following her manager’s departure, she became the seminar point of contact while continuing her receptionist duties. Working alongside Pablo, Group Manager at Inwood Hotels, she acquired new skills: schedule management, logistical organization, and client follow-up. Enthralled by this field, she decided to dedicate herself fully to it. In October 2023, she was promoted to Groups and Seminars Coordinator for Hôtel Arcanse, a role that allows her to combine organizational precision with a welcoming spirit.
A Dynamic and Varied Daily Routine
Today, Ambre manages the entire seminar process: receiving contracts, setting up meeting rooms, coordinating with caterers, managing supplies, and overseeing professional stays. What she enjoys most? The variety of tasks and direct interaction with clients, allowing her to turn every event into a success.

Hôtel Arcanse offers three modern and flexible seminar rooms, perfect for hosting professional events in the heart of Arcachon. Each room benefits from natural light, a warm atmosphere, and complete equipment (high-speed Wi-Fi, projector, screen, flip chart, and office supplies).
Salon Arguin – 37 m², up to 26 people
Salon Arguin pays tribute to the famous Arcachon Basin nature reserve. With a capacity of up to 26 participants, it provides a calm and inspiring environment, ideal for strategic meetings.
Salon Pinasse – 48 m², up to 30 people
The largest of our rooms, Salon Pinasse, invites you to embark on a private “cruise.” Covering 48 m², it accommodates up to 30 people and is perfect for brainstorming sessions, collaborative workshops, or meetings.
Salon Tchanqué – 35 m², up to 25 people
Original and welcoming, Salon Tchanqué (35 m²) is inspired by the iconic stilted cabins of the Basin. It can host up to 25 participants and is suitable for team meetings as well as more creative corporate events.
